Refund policy

Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

For accounting and VAT purposes, after 30 days we offer no refunds, even if no photos have been supplied by that stage. You may gladly use the credit to purchase another item or give it to a friend to use.

Where refunds are approved, please allow 14 business days for processing.

If payment was made by credit card, 7 working days must have passed since the purchase to ensure funds have cleared in our account and are not reversible.

Note that 5% transaction fees are deducted before refunding any payments.

Returns

We will gladly replace any items that you are not 100% satisfied with, provided the below points have been met in full:

• Any returns made due to various reasons other than a product malfunction will be the responsibility of the customer to return.

• That the issue has been brought to our attention and resolved within 7 days of receiving the order.

• In the case where items have been damaged during transit: The customer will be responsible for making sure that we have been notified and informed of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item, the customer is also responsible for making sure that we have received the photo evidence of the damaged packaging prior to package having been opened or the photo evidence of the damaged contents of the packaging within 24 hours of the package having been delivered.
